Q: What’s your minimum order quantity?
A: We do not have a minimum order quantity. You can purchase any quantity of our products as your capital allows you but fewer items will cost you more. This is because wholesale business is a low margin business. We sell at discounted pricing in order to allow you to mark up and earn, so our profit margin is low. But if you’re buying a few items, we charge slightly higher.
Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes, we do provide free samples before you place bulk order. To enable you check the quality of our products.
Q: Can we mix designs for OEM orders?
A: Yes, you can combine several styles but there are minimum order requirements by the factories. If you’re ordering small quantity, unit price will be charged higher than the normal price.
Q: What are your main products and strengths?
A: Our main products are Men’s dress shirts and Women Dresses. Our products are made with high quality fabrics such as Cotton, Linen, Spandex, Chiffon, Floral and other quality fabrics.
Our strength is that we have skills, expert knowledge and experience that is hard to find in this country. Nearly all the factory workers are not trained. They need to be told what to do and then closely monitored and guided. If you don’t do that, they’ll make something entirely different what you want. We have our own Quality control team that guides the factory workers, directs them and teaches them how to make exactly what we want.
Q: Do you own a factory?
A: No, we don’t own or operate our own factory, we are contract manufacturers. We contract factories to make our products. Our business model is similar to that of Apple. As you know, Apple contracts factories in China to make their products, we do the same.
Q: Do you have a designer or technical team?
A: Yes, we do have pattern designers for each of our products. They can design Men’s Shirts and Women Dresses based on your specification.
Q: What’s the lead time for your sample products and how do you charge?
A: It depends on the product design, a normal dress shirt or Midi dress will take about 2 – 5 days to produce a sample.
Sometimes it takes only a day and this is because for such products, we already have patterns available, so what’s needed is just to cut the fabrics and sew them.
Our sample products are free of charge. However, we do have to you agree on price and item quantity before making a sample.
Q: What about shipment and how do you charge?
A: Shipment can be either by sea, air freight or air courier. Shipment by sea is for big orders and the cost is much cheaper than air freight and air courier. The charges depend on the weight of the items and destination country and port. The items are weighed and calculated in cubic centimeters. Transit time is often between 30 – 45 days depending on the country and destination port.
Air freight cost more than sea shipment but transit time is faster. Transit time is usually about 5 – 7 days.
Air courier is the most expensive among all the shipments. It’s quick and fast and could take between 2 – 5 days for the item to be delivered.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: For fresh orders, this includes OEM orders, we require 50% upfront payment and sample has been inspected and approved. And the remaining 50% when product is ready for shipment.
Q: What method of payments do you accept?
A: We accept a number PayPal, Stripe and bank payment or bank transfers.
